Blis Rated As One Of The Fastest Growing Adtech Data Companies In The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 For 2015
London, 6 September 2015 – Global location data technology company Blis has ranked as the highest placed adtech provider at number 54 in The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, which lists the 100 UK tech companies showing the fastest revenue growth.
“It’s a great achievement to be amongst Britain’s top private tech companies” said Greg Isbister, Founder and CEO of Blis. “It’s the first time we’ve been included in the Hiscox Tech Track 100. It reflects the huge growth our business has gone through in the past 12 months, with expansion in the Middle East, Asia and Australasia, and continued deployment of the Blis Platform into over 50 markets. It’s a reflection of the effort every member of the team has put in.”
The Blis Platform consumes a huge volume of anonymous location data generated by over 700m mobile phones, tablets and laptops each month. Analysing up to 1.7bn location events each day, the machine-learning platform is able to understand human location behaviour and use this to build predictive models.
Isbister said “We expect the solid 100% yoy growth we’ve experienced the past two years to continue into 2015 and beyond as we advance our analytics capabilities and enter new markets. We hope to be in the Hiscox Tech Track next year”.
For the past 15 years The Sunday Times has published a list of the UK’s top performing private tech companies based on their compound annual revenue growth over the previous three years, with no less than £5m in the most recent year. It’s compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each September.
